RAZOR

Cast copper-alloy small razor/knife. Square-sectioned handle which tapers to a point at the broken end. The blade is narrow, flat and triangular, with the tip missing and the cutting edge slightly damaged. The under surface of the handle has two parallel horizontal lines. The other three surface of the handle have identical decoration which consists of two groups of two transverse incised grooves at each end, divided by a semi-circular notch at each edge. There are six curving or extended S-shaped motifs down the handle with corresponding oblique grooves on the edge. There are faint incised longitudinal lines running along both sides of the handle and the long side of the blade. At the end of the handle there is a tapered broken extension, which may be the remains of a loop for attachment. The blade is bent.
