An early Roman copper alloy T-shaped brooch. The wings are circular wings in cross-section and contain an axis bar for a hinged pin. The wings are decorated with a vertical groove at either end and a pair of diagonally incised lines across the face. The bow is triangular in cross-section and has a channel running down the centre instead of a ridge.
