The pin head is globular in form with a flattened top and slightly faceted sides tapering to the base. At the base of the head is a collar. Only the upper portion of the shaft survives and this is circular in section. It has a length of 19.47mm, width 6.96mm, thickness 2.86mm, weight 1.97g. It has a smooth green patina. Archaeological work including trial trenching in advance of development has not yet revealed any further evidence.
