An Iron Age copper alloy incomplete La Tene I brooch dating 400-300BC. The bow and foot of the brooch remain, the spring and pin are missing. The bow is slightly flattened and oval; it is decorated with incised concentric pointed ovals. The foot bends round and touches the bow and is decoratively cast with a thistle-shaped foot-knob. The copper alloy has a dark green patina with patches of lighter green corrosion.
