A Neolithic flint tool: side scraper (3500-2100BC). The scraper has been made on a secondary flake with approximately 1% of the cortex remaining. There are three flake removal scars on the dorsal surface. The left edge has been retouched to form a scalloped edge. The retouch has been worked from the dorsal surface. There is some damage to the flake. The flint is mottled pale – mid grey with iron staining.
