A Mesolithic flint lithic implement: adze (8300-4500BC). This adze has been made from grey brown flint with no cortex remaining. The flint has a thick patina. Flake removal scars cover all surfaces and there is some damage with lumps missing from one side and one end as well as some edge damage.
