LITHIC IMPLEMENT

A small crudely formed, lithic implement, possibly just a waste flint flake. It has a shallow plano-convex section, one side has a slight ridge the other is flat. The flint is an irregular shape. It has been formed from a dark greyish-brown flint. The bulb of percussion and striking platform both survive, many flakes have been removed from the surfaces, including bulb scars. The retouch is shallow and basic. There is no cortex.
