Silver thimble, now squashed. Three engraved lines encircle the open end below a band that is undecorated apart from a maker's stamp 'I'. The sides and domed crown are covered with very regularly spaced ovoid indentations. Signs of wear around the junctions of the sides and crown. Some verdigris visible on interior.
