The 'base' is sub-circular. The lower face has a circular worn indentation which is off-centre. The edges of the 'base' are abraded. On the upper face of the 'base' there is a rod protruding off-centre in an upright position. The rod is ribbed and gradually becomes wider. The terminal is a bulbous shape with traces of iron corrosion. It is unclear whether this is the intentional terminal or is incomplete. Dark green patina.
