A cast copper-alloy foot of a Birdlip brooch of the late Iron Age.<\/p>

The foot has a moulded disc base and forward projecting hook. The bow is cross-shaped in section, with the forward face decorated with an incised groove along the outer edges and on the top of the medial rib.<\/p>
