Copper alloy gilded, spoked disc brooch. Circular plate with a lipped outer edge framing a recessed concentric band. The band is decorated with an incised wavy line. Inside the band is a raised concentric frame around the central spoked projection. The centre is comprised of five separate spokes around a central projection. On the flat surface behind these is and incised wavy line. The spokes are grooved on the upper surface. The central projection has a curvilinear, waisted shape and is rounded at the end. The front is gilt. The back is undecorated and tinned/silvered. There is a coiled pin mechanism and a rectangular catchplate. The pin is iron.
