A cast copper alloy pin, dating to the post-medieval period. The pin head and shank survive. The shaft has been bent and has broken off before the tip. The pin head is very large and formed from two joined together hemispheres, the joint is visible. The head is hollow. The metal is a mid reddish-brown colour and pitted.
Notes:
Found by a detectorist. Collection handed to amateur archaeologist as the finder moved abroad.
