Copper alloy brooch fragment, Rosette/Thistle type. Upper bow and damaged spring cover only, corroded. Reeded bow with rounded head. Large. Surviving width 35mm, length 18mm. Probably from an elaborate Thistle brooch as King Harry Lane type F a or b.
