<full>One arm from a pair of copper alloy and iron scissors dating to the fourteenth or fifteenth century AD. At one end  is part of the offset rectangular section circular finger&#45;loop. It extends to a rectangular section arm which is highly decorated with raised square panels. Each square panel possesses three marginal notches and incised cross hatching. ends in a broken angled hinge.  The incised decoration continues onto the hinge plate. The hinge plate is perforated with a single copper alloy rivet. The inner surface of the hinge plate of is covered with the corroded remains of one of the iron scissor blades. The scissors measures 51mm in length and a maximum of 14mm in width. They are similar to a fragment recorded from Norfolk as NMS&#45;52C987.</full>
