<summary>Unidentified oval of copper alloy c. 22mm in diameter. It is probably an exceedingly worn As.

Date: 1st or 2nd century
</summary>
<notes>The site yielded 102 coins for assessment; among these were a lead token, two buttons and an angular fragment of bronze, not apparently a coin. The remaining 98 pieces were Roman coins of which 35 were too worn, corroded or incomplete to be identified. Most of the coins received proved to be difficult to read for the reasons given above, those in groups G and H being particularly poor. For these reasons many radiates and coins of the House of Constantine I after 330, cannot be classified here as regular / irregular with any degree of confidence. The date range of the coins covers the whole of the Roman period from the second to the late fourth century. The fact that the number of coins from the earlier part of the fourth century, between 315 and 330 equals that between 330 and 340 and the number and range of irregular coins in the whole assemblage is perhaps worthy of note. </notes>
