Other less complete examples are known from Fishergate, York (Rogers 1993, figs. 650 and 652, nos. 5314 and 5320) and a strap-end decorated with similar multiple Borre-style heads was excavated in Norwich (Margeson 1993, fig. 20, no. 227).  Such strap-ends are Thomas's Class B, Type 4 (Thomas 2003, fig. 2, nos. 16-17).
