Similar to an example excavated at St Faith's Lane, Norwich (Popescu forthcoming).  Other less complete examples are known from Fishergate, York (Rogers 1993, figs. 650 and 652, nos. 5314 and 5320) and a strap-end decorated with similar multiple Borre-style heads was excavated in Norwich (Margeson 1993, fig. 20, no. 227).  Such strap-ends are Thomas's Class B, Type 4 (Thomas 2003, fig. 2, nos. 16-17).
