The outer edges have traces of soldering, and the center of one face has a small, raised circular stud 10mm diameter. The other face is undecorated and relatively smooth and partially flat in the center. The use of the object is unknown, but it may have been the base of a bowl or some other vessel that required the base to be soldered on.
