<full>A fragmentary bronze socketed axehead dating from the Late Bronze Age.  Only the lower blade end remains.  The cutting edge expands and is curved. The blade edge is intact. It is 0.5mm in thickness but expands to 10mm thickness where the break occurred near the main body of the axe. The edge is solid up to 12mm in depth, leaving 10mm depth of the socketed cavity.

The bronze has a relatively even&#45;pitted, grey&#45;green patina.</full>
