Sheet copper-alloy buckle plate. Rectangular, with two circular rivet holes at one end. Incised inscription within two horizontal panels, each with slightly uneven upper and lower border. The inscription is mock. Even dark green patina.

Notes:

'Mock' inscriptions also occur on other contemporary objects, especially annular brooches.
