Lead alloy bird feeder dating to the late medieval period (circa 1400 AD - 1500 AD). The bird feeder is D shaped wtih slightly flaring from base, possibly for for a troughs for cage birds. It is decorated with raised decoration all the way around, with a shield of the front, with what look like two birds. The rest of the object is decorated with horizonal lines, with cross hatched decoration within.
This has been noted as an interesting find by the recorder.
