Apart from the upper and lower surfaces, all surfaces are decorated with engraved borders with curving foliate or linear designs in the form of engraved zigzags. The designs on the larger diamond-shaped sides match; those on the smaller triangular sides follow no pattern.","The function of swivels is a little unclear as few examples are known.
