The Portable Antiquities Scheme

Adam studied for his undergraduate degree in Archaeology and Prehistory at Sheffield University, and his MA in at Leicester University. After graduating Adam worked as a field archaeologist and then as Assistant Keeper of Archaeology at Lincoln Museum before joining the scheme in 2003. Adam is currently undertaking doctoral research at the University of Leicester. His thesis explores how PAS data enhances our understanding of the archaeology of Lincolnshire. Adam is a member of the British Numismatic Society and a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries, London.
